Since Tumblr appears to be going female-presenting tits up, I will be posting any new Sims 2 content here. Yeah, I know, I've done a whole lot of nothing for the past year, but I hope that will change once I get the new computer all set up. If not, well, I still need to finish transferring my old stuff from mediafire to SFS, so I will be around.

Under the Black Flag Part Two: Peg-Legged Pirates

Many years ago, Crab Of Doom made a peg-legged bodyshape based off the peg-legged pirate coat that came with Bon Voyage. The set included various pieces of modern-day clothing, along with swimwear and undies, and even had a showerproof skin tone to go along with it.

While the skin tone worked for both male and female Sims, the clothing was only for males. I mentioned this oversight to CelestialSpider while working on the Salty Dogs set; six hours later, a female version of the Bon Voyage peg-legged pirate coat landed in my in-box. A day after that, a matching mesh for female underthings arrived.

Have I mentioned that CelestialSpider is freaking awesome? Because holy wow, y'all. :D

Everything in this set is base game compatible, except the original male pirate coat from Bon Voyage. Don't have Bon Voyage? Don't worry! Included in the download is a basegame version of the coat made by the amazing CelestialSpider. Even better? It has all morphs, including preg, which the BV coat did not. The files are clearly labeled, so keep the one you want. Or heck, keep both of them! They won't conflict.

So, now that we're done with the wall of text, have some peg-legged pirate goodness for both males AND females!

Under the Black Flag Part One: Clothing for Salty Sea-Dogs

This whole project got started because I was watching Black Sails and decided to make some salt-encrusted versions of Jenfold's Scurvy Curr set for my pirates. Then CelestialSpider got involved with the mesh-making magic, and it kind of snowballed from there.

Dragon Age-inspired armor: Revised & Updated!

After much swearing at Mediafire, I bring you the shiny new version of my Dragon Age-inspired armor set!

It's pretty much identical to the old set, except this time there are belt pouches. I also added a more heavily-armored version of Tristan's armor from my Fashionable Late series, which uses the Dragon Age texture as well.

But wait, there's more! I also bring you some DA2-inspired Templar armor!

This is the TSM Knight Elegant armor that Cynnix was kind enough to convert for me. I've had the files on my computer for a while, and figured now was a good time to go ahead and release them into the wild.

Available as Everyday, Formal, Athletic, and Outerwear

Meshes used:

TSM Knight Elegant for AM & AF

All credit goes to the artists at BioWare for the original textures, and to the folks who made the meshes. All I did was extract the textures from Dragon Age and then play around with them in Photoshop.

All meshes are included. If you want to use the textures for other body shapes, feel free! Just be sure to credit Dragon Age/BioWare, and keep them off of pay sites.

Hjardarholt Farmhouse

Another Hjardarholt lot! What you get is a one-room Viking farmhouse with an attached bathhouse/outhouse. Outside the house is a small byre for animals/storage, a chicken yard, a garden plot, and a spiffy fish pond. Between fishing, farming, and various craft stations (not included, but I would recommend picking up the basket weaving station and the fetch water rock) your Sims will be self-sufficient in no time!

Hjardarholt: The Norsemen

I've had enough folks ask after the male models used in my Hjardarholt series that I've decided to go ahead and upload them.

Full disclosure: Some of these sims are available in a different form here in my dreamwidth journal, namely One-Eye and Brother William. Those two are actually Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham from my Eat The Rude set of Hannibal sims. Given how drastically I made over Hannibal to turn him into One-Eye, I don't feel bad about uploading him twice. Will is another matter, since all I really did was update his skintone and slap a monk's robe on him, but in the interests of one-stop shopping, I'm making him available at the Keep as well as Brother William.

Hjardarholt Market Day: a mixed clothing set

Okay. So, on Monday, I had to have a lot of blood drawn for labs. Any time I have blood work done, it puts me on my butt for a full 24 hours after. But! My blood loss is your gain! I pretty much spent all of Tuesday curled up in bed with the laptop making clothes for my Viking villagers. This is the result.
